Craftworld Eldar turn 2

Phil brings on Wraithlord, Warp Spiders jump in, and 2x Wave Serpents. Everything arcs up on the XV-15 Stealth Suits but only one fails under the barrage.

Tau turn 2

Everything arcs up against the warp spiders. Hammerhead railgun ineffective against the Spirit Stone protected front armour of the Wave Serpent.

 
Craftworld Eldar turn 3

Brings on the last unit onto the board. Scatter laser fire wipes out two XV-15 stealth suits.

Tau turn 3

Deathrain crisis suits down a Wave Serpent and three of the contained dire avengers are destroyed, the rest entangled in the wreckage. Commander shakes a Wave serpent on the far left, the Hammerhead puts a shell into the Wraithlord for 1 wound

 
 
Craftworld Eldar turn 4

Vehicles advance and try to take out the XV-8 suits, amongst a volley of fire little is hit and no damage done. Wraithlord plasma smokes 6 F.W. leaving the squad leader only just standing.

Tau turn 4

Crisis suits put a massive amount of fire onto the Wave Serpent to no effect. Commander chips in and stuns it, while the ION cannon stuns the other Wave Serpent. Seeker missile and rail gun fire destroys the Wraithlord.

 
Craftworld Eldar turn 5

Wave serpent disembarks 7 fire dragons which arc up on fusion blaster equipped XV-8 crisis suits and destroy the unit. A wave serpent is cunningly placed to continue to drive back the stealth suits.

Tau turn 5

The XV15 unit now flees from the combat. The rail gun equipped hammerhead destroys those Striking Scorpians that are not adequately in cover. Finally several units pulverise the fire dragons in response to their deadly attack on the XV8 suits.

 
Craftworld Eldar turn 6

8 Dire Avengers disembark and bladestorm to little effect, only scratching 3 F.W. Scatter laser and shuriken catapult from the transport also have little effect.

Tau turn 6

The champion fire warrior squad now turns on the dire avengers, and with support from the commander eliminate five of the opposition.

 
Craftworld Eldar turn 7

Dire avengers charge, do no wounds and take two wounds, then withdraw.

Tau turn 7

The remaining dire avenger and striking scorpion left endeavouring to hide in the cratered area are cleansed along with a few Dark Reapers.
