Meal plan w/c 28-5

  • Chicken Fricasee. This was quite softly flavoured of sage until the thyme went in (the Thyme was crucial); mushrooms could have been quadrupled to 500g (250g wasn’t enough). I also added about 200g of sweet potato. Dog again.
  • Beef goulash with sweet potato mash – good, but earlier Gulyas was better. Sweet potato mash was a good accompanient – do again.
