Lamb and yoghurt curry. Reasonably tasty, reasonably easy. I slow cooked for way longer to get crumbly lamb.

Townsville menu
Lemon pepper pork with fried potato salad – ok but required more acid to lift the taste. Coriander and thai basil chicken stir fry – worked well in Townsville with fresh herbs.

Chicken Fricasee. This was quite softly flavoured of sage until the thyme went in (the Thyme was crucial); mushrooms could have been quadrupled to 500g (250g wasn’t enough).
