Great baked chicken

Adam Liaw’s chicken marylands with modification for H. Replace honey and sriracha chilli sauce simply with sweet chilli sauce. I used soy sauce.

The result was excellent when combined with the local butcher marylands. To improve next time, mix less marinade and do not let pools develop when basting. D suggests 5 minutes of grill bars.
