Meal plan w/c 7/2
Basically hot all week – 30-32 apart from 26 (Sunday).
Saturday lunch – finally cook the chorizo pasta
Sunday evening – pork shoulder roast for left-over roast pork.
Salads for the week:
- Pico de gallo – tomato, cucumber, chilli, mint, olive oil, lemon juice
- Simple potato salad (without cream)
- Mango salsa
- Celery and apple slaw again with normal cream
- Pasta salad with lentils and pesto (use up the rest of the basil pesto)
