Our local Vietnamese butcher has great pork.

Definitately worth doing. In this first time I went heavy on the pumpkin and also added a sweet potato, and it worked well with more vegetables.

I tried pork spare ribs as well, they could have been better, but perhaps this offers more promise: slow roasted sticky chinese pork ribs
