Cooking with donated mandarins and some lemons gifted by Jenny. Based on this women’s weekly recipe, but used whole lemons minus the seeds, membrane & pith instead of the lemon juice.
400g lemon flesh & peel
4kg white sugar
Worth making again when mandarins are at peak season. I would like to try the thin skinned varieties that dont peel so well, such as Honey Murcott or Arfour.
