Meal plan w/c 19/11

  • Sunday night – grilled Salmon; Yallateef¬†charred eggplant salad, tabouleh and pumpkin mash (microwave dry, blend) with burnt sage butter (1/4 cup sage, 30g butter, fry¬†with butter bubbling until leaves crisp).
    • Pumpkin mash was good, charred eggplant great, tabouleh met with approval as well.
  • Monday night – Yallateef chicken, rice and rest of salads
  • Tuesday night – coconut satay chicken noddle bowl
  • Wednesday night – chicken pasta bake.
