Meal plan w/c 19/11
- Sunday night – grilled Salmon; Yallateef charred eggplant salad, tabouleh and pumpkin mash (microwave dry, blend) with burnt sage butter (1/4 cup sage, 30g butter, fry with butter bubbling until leaves crisp).
- Pumpkin mash was good, charred eggplant great, tabouleh met with approval as well.
- Monday night – Yallateef chicken, rice and rest of salads
- Tuesday night – coconut satay chicken noddle bowl
- Wednesday night – chicken pasta bake.
