Lamb and yoghurt curry. Reasonably tasty, reasonably easy. I slow cooked for way longer to get crumbly lamb.

Oven roasted ratatouille – easier to make and a great taste. Do again. Salmon with quinoa salad
Lemon pepper pork with fried potato salad – ok but required more acid to lift the taste. Coriander and thai basil chicken stir fry – worked well in Townsville with fresh herbs.
