Sunday night – grilled Salmon; Yallateef charred eggplant salad, tabouleh and pumpkin mash (microwave dry, blend) with burnt sage butter (1/4 cup sage, 30g butter, fry with butter bubbling until leaves crisp). Meal plan w/c 22/10

Just a couple of things this week Potato pancakes with smoked salmon and creme fraiche. Kind of like blinis but actually used frozen smoked salmon shaved straight into the potato. Great, but grating onion isn’t much fun. Mediterranean slow cooked pork stew. Remains to be seen what it tastes like.
